Display a Banner on Your Online Store to Encourage LINE ID Linking

This section explains how to display a banner on your online store to prompt logged-in customers to link their LINE ID.

About This Feature

This feature allows you to display a banner on your online store to prompt logged-in customers who have completed member registration but have not yet linked their LINE ID.

Setup Instructions

1. In the Theme Customization Screen, Turn On the “LINE ID Linkage Banner” in App Embeds

In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes, then click the “Customize” button for either the Current theme or a theme in the Theme library.

From the left-hand menu, click “App embeds”, then turn on the toggle for “LINE ID Linkage Banner” from the list.

2. Configure the Banner Message and Display Position

Click the arrow icon to open the detailed settings, then configure the message displayed in the banner and its display position.

After configuring the settings, click the "Save" button.

What If the Banner Doesn’t Appear?

The LINE ID Linkage Banner is displayed only when the customer has completed member registration but has not yet linked their LINE ID.

If the banner is not appearing, possible reasons include:

If the customer has already linked their LINE ID, they can unlink it from the My Page.

What If You Want to Position the Banner at the Top?

If the banner overlaps with other elements—such as the Shopify Inbox icon—you can manually adjust its position (top, bottom, left, or right) by editing the code.
