If you haven’t completed the “Register Your LINE Channel Information in the App” setup, please complete it before proceeding.

Issue a Password for “Message Manager”

To send messages from Shopify, you need to log in to our messaging tool, "Message Manager".

Log in to your Shopify store and click "Setting up Message Manager" from the CRM PLUS on LINE app home screen.

Click "Set Password".

Enter a new password and click "Save".

Once the password is saved successfully, you will be able to log in to Message Manager.

You have now completed the password setup for Message Manager!

⚠️ A password must be set individually for each Shopify staff account.
